5:00 - 10:00 pm

SCHEDULE:

5:00 - Social Hour Cash/Credit BAR available: Full Bar, Wine, Beer, Soft Drinks & Lemonade. Water & Coffee are included with Banquet

6:30  - Dinner

7:15 - Presentation/Slideshow

7:30-8:45     Erin Schwab and Jay Fuchs

9:30 : Last Call

MENU: 

Option 1- Herb Seared Chicken Breast paired with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Fried Basil finished with Basil Cream Sauce. Served with Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes

 Option 2- Seared Salmon finished with Dill and Caper Beurre Blanc sauce served with Rice Pilaf Blend

Option 3: Roasted Garden Vegetables served over Pesto Cavatappi Pasta with Mozzarella and Garden Herbs.

Gluten Free Options are available with Option 1 and 2.

Pear Salad Crisp Romaine Lettuce Topped with Sliced Roasted Pears, Dried Cranberries, Toasted Pecans, Mozzarella Cheese & Honey Poppy-Seed Dressing

Chef’s Choice Seasonal Vegetables
