2:45 Call for Trombone/Clarinet/Bass/Percussion/Guitar (For “Saints Go Marchin In) (after, all instrumentalist can leave) Loch Lomond Lida Rose

3:00-4:00 Rehearse Mass Pieces (MVWC & Journeymen) (MVWC can leave when done-eat on your own)

4:00-4:45 Journeymen Rehearsal

4:45-6:00 Dinner for Journeymen

6:00 Call to Homerooms- warm-ups/last minute notes for MVWC and Journeymen be dressed in concert attire

6:15 Call for Instrumentalists (Bass/Percussion/Guitar/Flute/Clarinet/Trombone)

7:00 PERFORMANCE

8:30-11:00 Reception for both choirs at Rascals Bar/Restaurant 7721 147th St W in Apple Valley

Sunday May 3:

1:15 Call for MVWC and Journeymen (Be dressed in concert attire)

1:30-1:45 Warm-ups in Homerooms

1:45-2:30 Rehearsal if needed for Mass pieces or individual choirs

2:15 Call for Bass/Percussion/Guitar/Flute/Clarinet/Trombone

3:00 PERFORMANCE

CONCERT ATTIRE

• Black MVWC sparkly top

• Black MVWC skirt

• MVWC rhinestone earrings

• Black, close-toed, moderate-heeled shoes

• Black socks or tights

• No necklaces or other large jewelry

• No Perfume

If needed a black choral folder (MVWC songs are memorized, joint songs may not be)

Slips/Camisoles/Spanx/Etc. are recommended. A static guard type product can be useful. remember to bring water Cough drops may also come in handy

Care Instructions: Skirt can be washed in washing machine on very gentle and cold water - Line Dry Top should be hand washed, inside-out, in cold water - Line Dry If you want to wash in machine, still inside-out, cold water, very gentle cycle, but use a lingerie bag
